Allopathy Vs Herbal medicine or alternate medicine my experiences

Time to time, there has been lenghty debates in Whatsapp or Facebook for or against a certain school of thoughts / faculty of medicine (Allopathy, Homeopathy, Ayurvedha or any traditional herbal medicine, Siddha etc). I would like to share my case based on personal family experiences here.

I am exercising restraint NOT TALKING openly. My family somehow got affected individually (me personally from Allopathy) and my son personally again from Allopathy).

I am facing an ordeal with a different of sinusite since 2004 (prior to that over 40 years I never had any issue in my respiratory system or mechanism). Since 2004 when I first landed in UK/Scoltand during a winter season (Oct-Feb duration), this acute sinusite started and I tried all sort of English, Homeo, Siddha or Ayurvedic/Herbal medicine. Herbal medicine gave me a certain relief, but I couldn't continue as I have been travelling a lot and couldn't retain stock always. So I continue the English trouble-shooting medicine only always, and I still continue that.

My son right from age 4 until 14, was suffering from a certain epilepsy (out of 1500+ variables as per medical analogy), where the attending Allopathic Paediatric Neuro Specialist & Surgeon from a popular Chennai Hospital in whose care my son was always there, taking medicines. Nearly 8 years my son suffered with no improvements, he has been on typical clinical trial of a certain medicine or cure I would say. He would undergoing that ordeal for 8 years, his academic performance became a casualty till class 7 or 8. Then casually we met a Herbal Oncologist cum Siddha medicine expert from Chennai, who stopped all Allopathy for him, gave him 3 doses over 6 or 9 months, and his problem disappeared.

Without quoting anyone or revealing anyone, I was saying within the family 'Our kid has been on a virtual clinical trial, period'. Thank Heaven, his condition improved and has subsequently improved his academic pursuits in the field of his choice.

I am a testament personally for a wrong diagnosis for non-existent cardiac blockage, given angio and stenting in a popular Chennai hospital. 3 years later, problem repeated and in Singapore I was given pacemaker. Then only I was seriously told -the first time when Stent was given it was NOT at all necessary. Same problem was there, that wasn't properly diagnosed. Alas, when I asked the 2nd Cardiologist here 'then can I stop the medicine that was proposed to me since 3-4 years already?' The answer was: Since then your age matters, you are 4 years older now, your condition still needs the same medicine with a lesser quotient and quantity. The Siddha Expert after going through all analysis and clinical examinations told me in my case the sinusite is due to a manufacturing defect from birth.................the nostriles on one side is smaller than other side, that's one of the root causes. Since it is perennial, nothing can be done via any surgery, Alas !!

What I told myself ' medical fraternity, one school of thoughts would never talk ill of their own fellows தொழில் ரீதியாக அவர்கள் ஒருவருக்கொருவர் அதே ஃபீல்டில் இருப்போர் விட்டுக்கொடுக்க மாட்டார்கள். Period.

I am NOT talking negative about any school of thoughts, NOR, I am willing to raise stories of any individual doctor. I take it as purely my / our fate, It was so destined, it so occurred.
